2 guys (and a perfectly quiet and respectful dog) looking for another person to sign onto our lease with us. We have lived at this apartment for 2 years now, and we love our space. Unfortunately, our roommate is moving out of state, so we need to add someone else to our lease.

About us:

Our names are Joshua (29) and Austin (30). We went to college together in Florida, and moved to New York roughly 9 years ago.

We both work in Real Estate. Joshua as an agent/manager. Austin is the Senior Director of Operations for the same company.

We spend time off with our friends, beer pong tournaments on our roof, outside enjoying the city, happy hours, or working on different projects.

- Must love dogs

- Prefer someone who has lived in the city before
- Motivated (we both motivate each other, ideally you'll add to that)
