I'm looking for a long-term roommate for my spacious bright, true 2br apartment in Hell's Kitchen, starting at the end of June (My current roommate is going to grad school). I am a 31 y. o. full-time professional guy and looking for someone similar work-wise.

Ideally, you also share my interest in keeping the shared living spaces clean and tidy; and positive vibes.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:

? Rent approximately $1550 for the room plus ~70$/month for utilities
? Apartment is a true 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom
? Located on 49th between 9th & 8th Ave. C/E train nearby and almost every other subway line within walking distance
? Lots of windows with light
? Lots of closet space with overhead storage
? Spacious living area and kitchen (dishwasher).
? Laundry in the basement
? Doorman

ABOUT ME:
I am a male just hitting my early-30s with a M-F 9ish-5ish and use my home as a place to relax and unwind on the occasion when I?m not out in the city. I am easy-going and happy to hang out when home, but also appreciate doing our own things.


Need to be able to pass credit check as you will be taking over for current roommate at lease end.
