A quaint, cozy bedroom with its own living room.
It's a spacious apartment located on a quiet brownstone street two blocks away from Chelsea Piers. I work in Staten Island during the week till July, and I'm looking for someone to take my room Mon-Fri June, while I come back Friday nights and stay the weekends. However, I also may consider someone there full-time in June.
There is one other bedroom and my roommate, a 35-year-old male professional, will be there. He's an awesome, super nice guy.
