Main BR available in lovely large furnished 2 BR apt. The ad is for a share but since I'm only in town 1 day per month, it's like having your own place 99% of the time. It's a quiet, charming, roomy 800 sq ft space on the second floor of a well-maintained pre-war townhouse. Located in the back of the building overlooking a small quiet courtyard, the apt has a large living room (20x16’) with 12 ft ceilings, exposed brick walls, hard wood floors and a non-working marble fireplace. Great wifi and printer/copier/fax. Large, new L-shaped sleeper sofa, round oak table, desk, 50" TV, upright piano. Living room also works as a great office / meeting spot. Well-equipped new kitchen with microwave and convection toaster ovens. Nice size bedroom (13x13’) with 10’ ceiling has a comfortable queen size bed, large desk, night stand and a generous amount of closet and storage space. Room has a floating floor and extra insulation so it’s very quiet and works well as a bedroom, office, music room or recording studio. Upstairs loft bedroom has full visual privacy with half wall and curtains and includes queen size bed, wardrobe, desk and lots of drawer storage. Steps from E/C train; 1 block from 1 train; 2 blocks from Whole Foods; 3 blocks from Chelsea Piers, High Line, galleries and running/bike path. Flexible on length of stay.
