I am looking for a roommate to share my apt in Chelsea.

It's a safe new hi-rise building on a quiet-tree lined street in Chelsea, on West 22nd St. (between 7-8th Aves), near all transportation & 6 supermarkets, & the Hudson River Park.

Your fully-furnished private large bedroom (11x14) has a king-sized bed with linens & storage underneath, flat-screened t. v. with DVD capability built in, VCR & loads of movies, desk & shelving, closet, bureau, & a window with A/C that faces a quiet courtyard, not the street. With all modern conveniences: part-time doormen, 2 elevators (4th floor), laundry & garage in the basement, dishwasher, microwave, & wifi.

Occupancy: Nov. 15. One month's rent & half the utilities included & a security deposit of the same amount, so $1,225 total per month. References a must. Prefer F or GM.
