Subletting our entire 2 bedroom/ flex 3 bedroom/ 1bath (3rd room can be used as huge walk in closet or even office space) apartment right on the brink of Chelsea/ west village/ meat packing from December 1- end of Feb 2021. Perfect for 3 college students not looking to spend a ton in rent or two people who are working remotely. The apartment is very spacious with skylights in the kitchen and bathroom allowing natural light. We are on the 5th floor of a walkup- but I swear its worth it! Rooftop access and honestly best location one could ask for!

On the same block as the ACE, L, 123, FM. Although its on the west side, this location is central to shopping, Chelsea Market, The west side highway, parks and the highline.

The smallest of the bedrooms (the flex third) - will come un-furnished.
All personal items will be removed from the entire unit minus furniture and all the your living basics. Master bedroom can also come unfurnished versus furnished if preferred with the opportunity to continue lease.

Utilities are not included and there will be a small deposit required for our protection and yours! There isn't a washer/dryer in unit but we use a laundry service across the street that has free pickup and delivery.

Please note that each of the rooms can also be individually sublet if you're interesed.
