We have a large 1 bedroom available starting September 1st. I?m moving to the west coast.

The bedroom is one of three bedrooms in an amazing two-floor Chelsea penthouse. Amenities include in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, an outdoor grill, air conditioning, and a large outdoor rooftop deck. All of these are available for you to use!

The current occupants are one male and one female in our early 30s. We are clean, sociable, easy-going, and active. We enjoy meeting new people, exploring all that New York has to offer, and hosting the occasional BBQ on the back deck.

I am looking for a male or female roommate in their mid-upper 20s to 30s. We only ask that you keep the place clean and like the place as much as we do. Tell us about yourself and we can schedule a viewing - we can even do a virtual viewing if you don?t want to visit.

This apartment is two floors - one bedroom and bathroom on the main floor with kitchen, large living room space, and massive shared balcony, and two bedrooms upstairs with private balconies, and one bathroom.

Also, do you like bagels? The apartment is on top of one of the best bagels shops in the city - Brooklyn Bagels. It?s also on the same block as Whole Foods and the ACE is right outside the front door.
