Seeking 1 roommate for Chelsea apartment

Hey there, I am looking to fill one bedroom in my centrally-located, spacious 3-bed 1.5 bathroom Chelsea apartment. We are looking to ideally fill this room in July, but have some flexibility given Covid-19 and everyone's changing situation.

Location: We are located near 19th Street and 8th Avenue on a pretty quiet, tree-lined street. We are just around the corner from many shops, restaurants, bars. We are few minutes walk from the ACE, L, and 123. West Village, the Highline, the westside waterfront, are all just a few minutes away. There is easy access to both downtown, midtown, and williamsburg via the L. The location of this place a huge factor as to why I have loved it so much.

The apartment: The apartment is relatively up-to-date with hardwood floors throughout. We have a large living room/kitchen common space. One of the best features is that we have more than 1 bathroom, which has honestly been amazing. We are on the second floor of a walk-up, which is also very convenient.

The bedroom: The available bedroom is pretty sizeable with room for a queen-sized bed. It has a good-sized closet along with additional room for dressers or storage. The room is very quiet and gets nice natural light and has views of the gardens/yards outback.

Roommates: I'm 27 years old, originally from San Francisco and have been living in NYC and working in tech for 3 years. The other roommate is late-twenties, originally from the midwest and works in advertising tech.

Hoping to find others who are generally clean/considerate, like to workout, spend a balanced amount of time in and out of the apartment. Not necessarily looking for best friends, but would love to still hang/eat dinner or go out on occasion if it works out. Only other ask is that we are looking for people who ideally want to stay for a year, and not sublet out their room.
