Hi there,
Unfortunately due to coronavirus i have had to leave New York and am indefinitely living in the UK. I would love someone to take over my room at a hugely reduced price. I am looking for a short term rental taking us either to Christmas or feb, when the lease is up.
The bedroom is a very large double & comes with furniture (though I can arrange the removal of my extra belongings). You will have your own private bathroom which is located in the hallway next to the room. It?s in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, with communal kitchen and living space.
You would be living with a lovely girl from sunny Florida and her two gorgeous Dachshund doggies (who are very well behaved).
I have a video of the room, which I can?t upload here but if you?re interested I can send on through WhatsApp.
Rent is $1900 which is a major reduction on what I pay. You would pay directly to me and I can sort the rest...
If this sounds like something you?d be interested in, please get in touch and I can arrange for my housemate to virtually meet you and show you around. If you whatsapp me, I?ll send through the video of the viewing & any links.
Thanks,
Hayley
