The apartment is now being renovating , we just installed new tiles on floor and new kitchen sink cabinet , new wall cabinet on top of kitchen counter, there will be a 32 inches Tv mounted on wall facing the bed!
The apartment is small but high ceiling and very sunny, has air conditioner in window , a twin bed from west Elm store , a closet , a microwave and a 33 inches height fridge with freezer , coffee maker and toaster , dishes and pots and pans also provide !
There is a new induction cooktop with 2 stove tops! Very fast to heat up with this new model.
The apartment has a sink in kitchen and a wall mounted work station for laptop and books storage !
A new lamp with shelving and USB plug will be placed at corner near window !
There will be storage under the bed for storing shoes !
The bathroom is shared with other unit tenants but our cleaning lady cleans it twice a week and the super wife also cleans the bathroom and hallway Monday thru Friday .
If the toilet room or shower room is occupied tenant can use anyone upstair or downstairs!
