Looking for roommate in Chelsea

Hello!

Looking for a roommate to replace my current who's moving in with his girlfriend at the end of this lease (Nov 1).

The Apartment & Area:
I absolutely love this place - which is why I'm choosing to stay here and find another roommate instead of looking somewhere else or finding a single. The area (19th and 8th ave) is incredible - quiet, beautiful, and loaded with amazing restaurants and bars. 2-3 minute walks from the 1,2,3, A, C, E, and L trains. You can get anywhere in the city extremely fast. The apartment itself is HUGE for NYC standards. it's about 750 sqft total - with a giant living room and two large bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated with brand new appliances. My favorite part of the place is how quiet it is. The walls are thick so you can't hear anything from inside the rooms. There is TONS of natural light during the day. There is hardly any need for lights/lamps in the place.

Myself:
I'm a 29 year old software developer from Texas. I've lived here in NYC for almost two years after relocating with my job (i work at Indeed. com). I love it here in the city and have no plans on leaving. I travel somewhat frequently (about once a month).

I'm pretty active. I like to work out, play sports, and just generally be outdoors. I love to travel. I like to go out with friends, get drinks, and be social most weekends.

What I'm looking for:
Generally, I'm extremely easy going. Only things I really care about are cleanliness and mutual respect. I'd prefer that you're single, employed, and somewhat outgoing - but they aren't deal breakers by any means.
