Open Room for Chelsea Apt.

I?m looking to replace my roommate at my apartment in Chelsea as he is moving in with his girlfriend. The apartment has been awesome so I?ve decided to stay. The current lease expires on 6/30 and I need someone to sign on for the next 1-yr. term.

Available: 6/15 (sooner if needed)

Bedroom:
The room fits a full-bed and has 2 small closets. The current roommate?s furniture is available for sale (anything you see in the picture minus clothes and etc.). The room also comes with an A/C unit.

Common Areas:
The living room is already fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, silverware, etc. Everything in the common areas will be staying,
and the bathroom is shared. There is a small balcony (accessible from my room) and we have a key to the roof which is pretty clutch for sunmertime

I?m a 27 yr. old (straight) male originally from Dallas. I work in banking which sometimes comes with long hours, but I stay social on the weekends (I don?t generally bring the party home). I?m quiet, clean and respectful.

Ideally the new roommate is similar (ideally a guy) and would be down grab drinks occasionally but I?m really just looking for someone chill.
