The bedroom is the master bedroom of the apartment and has central heating and air conditioning, and "Wifi" is included.
There are two elevators, and a large and very well equipped laundry room...The building Is very clean with a wonderful park for sitting and relaxing and getting some sun on a Sunday afternoon.
