Room for rent in Chelsea/Greenwich Village Apt.

Hey all,

My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate (MALE OR FEMALE) to sublet a 1BR in our 3BR apartment for a minimum of 3 months if not longer. Lease starts DECEMBER 1st, but move in date is potentially flexible.

About the apartment:
-Amazing location right on the border of Chelsea and Greenwich Village
-Half a block from the 1,2,3 trains L, and ACE trains and one avenue from the FM trains
-The apartment is on the top floor (5th floor walk up) and has skylights that let in natural light
-Very spacious living room and kitchen
-The room we are looking to rent is the smallest of the 3 bedrooms. I believe the dimensions are 12x5. It?s probably for someone who doesn?t intend to spend a whole lot of time in their room. Does have a skylight, so you?ll get some natural light in the day.
-Our current roommate has a twin size bed with a shelving unit, bench, and standing mirror. There is also a built-in wall closet for clothing storage as well as a closet right outside the bedroom door. Our previous roommate did, however, fit a Queen size bed in this room.
-Rent is $1,050/month
-Utilities ~approx $60/month

We?re two young professional females (27 and 32). I work for a consulting company and my roommate works in fashion. We?re easy-going, clean and have a lot of fun together.
