Roommate in Chelsea - $1,795 - Feb 15

Looking for a new roommate (male 24-30) to lease the 2nd bedroom in my Chelsea apartment. Available ASAP.

The space has exposed brick, full appliances (microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, laundry in building), a small balcony and a good sized bathroom.

The living room is fully furnished including an entertainment system, which the roommate is welcome to use. Kitchen includes all silverware and cooking appliances (toaster, George Foreman grill, etc.). The bedroom comes with an A/C window unit.

Subway (A/C/E) is on the same block and the building central to many restaurants/bars.

I?m looking for a young professional who is interested in taking over last few months of the lease, which ends on 6/30. At that point if things work out the new roommate will likely be invited to sign for another year.

Terms:
-Term from 2/15-6/30 (4.5 months). Shorter periods will be considered. The room is available ASAP if you would like to move in sooner
-After the initial period, the new roommate may be invited to stay for another year
-NO FEE
-$1,795 rent

I?m just looking a roommate who will be respectful of the space. I (the roommate) am very easy going and keep the apartment clean. I sometimes work late (banking) and tend go out on weekends.
