New tenant has the options to renew the lease on September 1st. Room can come furnished for $250 or empty (Full Bed, Night stand, Desk, Book Shelf, Dresser, AC Unit).

The apartment is on the 5th floor of a walk up. It's only 2 blocks away from the subway (6+Q train) and the cross town bus and half a block away from the downtown bus. 2 blocks to Central Park. The apartment has a dishwasher, as well as washer & dryer machines in the basement.

The neighborhood has great supermarkets, restaurants, bars, dry cleaning, gyms, and specialty shops within 3 blocks. Apartment is 2 blocks from Mount Sinai and is a great apartment for Medical Professionals.
