Lease takeover - Central Park North

Looking for a female in her 20s/early 30s to take over the remainder of my lease from November 18-August 31st 2020. The apartment is directly next to central park and our living room has a beautiful view looking over it. Close to Columbia?s main campus, one block from the 2/3 line, and 8 minute walk to the 6 line. The room comfortably fits a queen and it can come partially furnished. An air conditioner unit will stay with the room and the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. There is an in unit washer dryer combo and a private rooftop that is only accessible through our apartment.

You?re other two roommates are in their 20s and are working professionals with 9-6pm jobs. Both are really easy going and amazing, the apartment is always pretty clean. We are looking for a roommate who is clean and responsible, but also someone that likes to socialize with their roommates, have some wine every now and then.
