The building is also just minutes from Morningside Park and Columbia University. The apartment has overhead recessed lighting and brand new stainless steel appliances including a WASHER DRYER and dishwasher. We are two males in our mid-20s and the lease would be from November 1st, 2019 until April 30th, 2020 with possibility to renew.
