Flex room in a quaint, small, quiet building on 58th Street and 6th avenue.

About the area: Tucked between Columbus Circle, Central Park, and 5th avenue, there is shopping, activities, restaurants, and virtually every subway line in the city within steps. Travel time from the apartment to downtown is roughly 15 minutes. Tons of delivery options.

About the building: The building has a doorman during work hours, and Saturdays then a supervisor 24/7. It has a newly renovated luxury, classic lobby, with an elevator. Laundry is in the building. Most of the tenants do not live in the city, and the building is extremely quiet. No one else currently lives on the floor full time, and there are only 3 units per floor.

About the room: The room is a flex - it has solid walls and a door that locks, but because of fire regulation it is 1.5 feet from the ceiling. It is a large room and can comfortably fit a full or a queen sized bed. The mounted TV will stay and you have the option to keep the bed, desk, and dresser for no additional costs. . It has a large window, and a ceiling fan/overhead light that is remote controlled (you can turn your light off without getting out of bed!). Although the walls don't reach the ceiling, the joining wall to the other room is solid brick, therefore you cannot hear anything. There is no noise from anything in the unit and 0 street noise.

About the apartment: The apartment has a closet which is for this room, and a general storage area. There is room for a small dining table, a small seating area (pictured).

About the roommate: You will be living with a 28 year old professional from NY. She is rarely home, and typically leaves on weekends and travels quite often. She is EXTREMELY respectful about the fact that the room is converted and doesn't use the kitchen late at night(eats 98% of meals outside the apt). You wont hear her at night because you don't have to pass the room to get to the bathroom. .
