Room in spacious apartment - Battery Park City

I?m looking for two roommates to rent a 2br flex on Gateway for Dec or Jan move in (flexible).

Rent for the whole apartment is ~$4,550 and comes with 3 months free on a 14m lease. The rooms available are the second room and the flex. The rent would be around $1,520 for the second room and $1,370 for the flex depending on the apartment we sign on (not counting the 3m free!). To move in, we need 1-month deposit and the flex wall, which we would split 3 ways (around $350 each).

The building is in in a fairly quiet area, near the waterfront and close to Brookfield Place. Loads of green areas in close proximity to walk around or to run. Close to all the trains in the Oculus, Path and a short walk to Fulton Center. The place has doorman and amenities including pool, gym, game room, etc. The apartments are recently renovated, with nice appliances and finishes.

I am a professional working in finance so I won?t be much around during the week days. On the weekends I like to go out to eat, check out new places, and go to cultural events.
