Flex 3 bedroom/1 bath now until April 30, 2020

I am looking for someone to take over my lease in Battery Park City, NYC starting as soon as possible until April 30, 2020. It is a flex 3 bedroom/1 bath- your roommates would be two 26 year old working professional females, both very nice and friendly people, and everyone certainly has their own space within the apartment. Spacious apartment on the 30th floor with doorman, roof deck, gym, and valet service (dry cleaning, package delivery/drop off, cleaning service). Laundry rooms are located on each floor. There is central air conditioning and heating system in the unit. I am happy to include the following furniture for $200: bed frame, night stand, dresser. Move in date is flexible- preferably dec 1 or some time around that date. Close to the bowling green 4/5, rector street 1/R/W, and Staten Island ferry as well as multiple buses.
