Looking for a person to take over my roommates room in a *rent stabilized* 3 bed 1 bath in East Village. She is moving in with her boyfriend. The apartment is located on East 2nd street off of Avenue C. There is no laundry in the building, but laundromat around the corner on Ave C. 12 min walk from J, Z, F, and M trains. Rent is $1,184.
Roommates are one female who works on site every day, and a male (gay) me lol who works hybrid! We are super friendly and kind. Because it is an internal room, there is no air conditioning and the natural light is limited. The roommates keep their doors open so that AC may circulate in the summer. The size and price are a true gem in Manhattan.
Must be ready to sign and send payment ASAP! In order to move in, you must have:
-Photo ID -Income of at least 40x your part of the rent, so $47,360. -Credit score >700 -Job with active paystubs -2 Months worth of bank statements -Active paystubs -And most importantly A GOOD VIBE!
In order to move in, you will need to be able to put down the security deposit and send payment for the month of June.
