* Large windows, lots of sunlight with a lovely view, which is hard to come by in East Village.
* Very clean and spacious for East Village. It’s one of the most comfortable apartments in the neighborhood.
* Just outside the bedroom is large private closet with storage space. Room also has tons of storage space!
* Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a bathtub.

- About the building:
* COVID safe!! Building management sanitizes the building frequently and thoroughly. And only families resident in the building, so you won’t see many new faces in and out of the building. The laundry and dryer are inside the building, no need to go to public laundromat during COVID.
* Because it’s such a safe building, the co-op board needs to meet all tenants and run background checks before moving in to ensure safety. The building has double front doors and a camera intercom system so you can see who is buzzing your door. It’s as safe as it gets!
