All bedrooms face the back courtyard so street noise is limited and there's laundry in the basement of the building. There's also an elevator in the building so you don't have to walk all the way up to the 6th floor.

The apartment has been recently renovated and has 1.5 baths, hardwood floors, dishwasher, a solid amount of counter space in the kitchen, is nicely furnished. We also have an amazing private terrace with incredible views, furniture, and a grill.

The room in question fits a queen size bed, a small desk, and a table. There's no closet but there is space to hang stuff (clothes rack included) and plenty of room outside for a large dresser, which we also have available for free if you need.
