Master Bedroom In East Village

Hello.
My roommate and I are looking for someone to fill our private master bedroom in the East Village. The room itself comes with two walk in closets. The apartment is located on the top floor so we get lots of light all day long and great views (especially the master bedroom). It?s a corner room so you get great lighting all day. We?re also open to having couples or two friends who want to share the room as we?ve done it in the past. The location is perfect for students as well. About the neighborhood: The apt is a 10 mins walk to union square, lots of bars and restaurants down the block. We are located in Stuy town, which also has a lot of free amenities for residents (study lounge, cafe, kids playground, basketball, volleyball, tennis courts, ice skating ring and many more) the only membership you need is for the gym. They have 2 gym on site. The closest one to us is around the block and just opened last year so all the equipment is new.

About us: we?re in our early twenties, both in the architecture fields, 9-6 jobs, chill but also very respectful of each other?s space. To move in, we?d require first months and deposit of $1000.
