Room for rent

$1300 Alphabet City/LES- Large, Fully furnished Quiet apt with a room for rent. Room just needs a bed and maybe a dresser depending if the shelving and closet is not enough.
*I need someone who is clean- I didn't think I had to stress something like this but, unfortunately my last 2 options turned out messy/dirty and lazy. Please be conscious :)
Available October 1st but flexible. 1st months rent and $1300 Security- That's it!! *2 flight walk up. (6 apt in total of very friendly neighbors).
I would need a least a 6 month promise (flexible) and 45 days notice for move out.
Cable, Con ed and Direct TV all together run about $80-160 a month depending on the season. I am friendly with kitty cats and small dogs (pending their behavior) but I am thinking of getting a little kitten myself soon(ish).

I have been in the building for 15yrs. The apt comes fully furnished and the room has a brand new bed, and a rug with a huge mirror. There are 2 long spacious shelves and a closet. Its very neat/clean- I really love this apt. You would be extremely comfortable. I used to live in that room for 3 yrs. Its super dark -

To explain in detail...
This is a 2 bedroom. I am looking for a roommate to stay in the very quiet smaller room of the two. I am a 44yr old women was born in this beautiful city; has worked the last 17yrs in the music industry, now in Health, work in a Medical Spa, weekends at a brunch place and 1 shift at a yoga studio. I am super busy and not always home at all. I can definitely tell you the cool spots to go and what music concerts are around town... I know it all. There is yoga about 10min away that is by donation and my apt is in my personal favorite part of town; Alphabet City! This apt is a 15 minute walk from major subways to take you cross- up- or down-town in a matter of minutes, but far enough off the noisy avenues that you'll get a long, undisturbed night's sleep - if you want it. And of course, it's within seconds of all those services we can't live without: grocery, drug store, laundromat, and great pizza. Avenue C has really made some upgrades with beautiful places to eat and drink!!
The kitchen and bathroom are in the 2nd half of the apt adding in extra space for privacy.

It has a clean, warm and fresh look. The bathroom has a full shower/tub (brand new shower head) and the kitchen is the perfect size to cook with all amenities needed to make the perfect dish (blender, toaster over, microwave, full fridge and stove/oven and french press for coffee). I cook almost every meal I eat and I keep it super clean. Its on the 3rd floor - 2 flight walk up.

*I am clean and very respectful and I hope you are as well. I have integrity and am very easy going. I am happy and healthy and look forward to a similar renter. I travel a bunch and like to go out at night. I am hardworking, fun and honest.

I know whats out there in the city and this is actually a real, regular, comfortably/perfect in size, fully furnished apartment.

*BTW- this is my Favorite area of town. There is so much live music in every bar right around the corner. You will not be disappointed. This is the place to be in NYC!

The L train is on 14th and 1st. The 6 train is on 8th street and 3rd ave and the F train is on Houston and 1st ave. All about a 10-15min walk through my favorite streets. There are 2buses near my apt- 1 Right across the street (M14) and another on the corner (M8) -that shoot across town in minutes. And if you have a car- no problem. There is plenty of easy street parking. No hassles. If you were interested in renting a bike- there are a couple places close by and there are bike stations ALL over the city if you were to rent with citi bike.

The lower east side offers a culture like no other part. Its built on swampland which allows many gardens around this part and shorter buildings to allow more sky. Its not too crazy busy with businesses and tall buildings with commuters-workers. Its more of a neighborhood with lots of live music in the local bars just minutes away and really great food. The east river view is beautiful and only 3 blocks from where I live- perfect to enjoy the sunrise or a walk/run north or south of the city with exploding views of beautiful bridges and boats.

* clean/neat- no loud building neighbors, very sunny, warm in the cold winter, no bugs, the apt is a regular, no surprises
* the street parking is easy and great (I own a car). Just need to follow the parking signs. No pay meters.

* If you are a smoker, the apt is a no-smoking apt but right outside the front door in the hallway, you can smoke (in the building and outside)
* references are very helpful but not 100% a must.
