Hi everyone! I am a tenant and will be moving out before my lease expires and am looking for someone who is interested in staying my apartment for the remainder of the lease. I will be leaving early June and my lease expires at the end of August. The apartment is 750 square feet and will be unfurnished. The only utility you would be responsible for is electricity. All other utilities ( water, gas, internet) are covered. I will be thoroughly cleaning the apartment before I leave and will be happy to leave some cleaning supplies in the apartment as well. There are laundry facilities on site, as well as parking and a gym. There is a strip mall right across the street from the apartment which has many different stores including a pharmacy and supermarket. The property is pet friendly too!
