This is a private room in my home with my young adult sons. Includes parking, all utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry, brand new bathrooms and gorgeous Jack with chairs and couches and fire table and fire pit and fireplace and full use of the house. Beautiful views as it's across from the lake on a Scenic Road. Smoking in the garage but no marijuana please due to allergies. Can pay weekly or monthly and it can be short-term or long-term. I have two elderly dogs so no pets as I'm not sure they would do well with that. Across from the lake with a boat ramp less than a mile away. Room can be fully furnished or you can bring your own. Storage available in the Attic or garage. Gorgeous kitchen....
