New! $800 covers rent and utilities. We are looking for a housemate. I'm a musician, composer, guitarist, older, and I'm a real environmental/peace activist, way over liberal. I take up a good deal of the first floor with a working desk, and a piano in the living room. All the house is to be shared, however. I practice music some, but would not do it when it would be bothering anyone. It's an old but cozy house with all amenities. There are three bedrooms on second floor. You share with two housemates, man and woman (not partners). Burncoat neighborhood, walking distance to Quinsigamond Community College. We’re both very easy to get along with, and willing to make adjustments to keep us all happy. There's an exercise bicycle, and other exercise equipment, recliner chairs and big TV in living room. Fast internet provided. Storage space in the basement and garage, washer and dryer in basement. I sometimes have my son's small dog, he's hypoallergenic and very friendly. I travel performing all over the country, primarily weekends so I'd be trusting roommates to keep the house going when I'm gone. When I'm home I work through the day at my desk. Kitchen and dining room table and living room spaces are always available. Small backyard. Full bathroom upstairs, half bath downstairs. I just put in water-saving toilets and got a big refrigerator. Gas stove and lots of pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Some furniture available or could be moved. Preference for a woman, but any gender considered. LGBTQ friendly. I am pretty much vegan but meat, eggs, dairy in the refrigerator is fine. Shared meals possible, but you're welcome to your privacy making food, as well as everything else.
