Hi everyone! My partner and I are looking for a roommate to move with us into an apartment in Mission Hill. We've already signed the lease. It’s a pretty spacious (971 square feet) 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit on the 2nd floor with lots of natural light, nice views, and a modern kitchen. The available bedroom has a set of three bay windows and plenty of space for a bed and other furniture. It’s literally on the border with Brookline and a 1 minute walk to the Green Line (E) and the 39/66 buses, and a 5 minute walk to the D line. Its also walking distance to Longwood Medical Area and all the hospitals there.
A little about us: I’m a PhD student, my partner is a med student, and we have a little cat called Maple who loves to play. We are pretty quiet and respectful and like to keep the space clean and we’re looking for someone who values a similar environment. We like to host friends occasionally in the evenings or on weekends but no parties or anything like that.
