Room for rent in Roslindale starting November 1st, but should be able to adjust to a decent 1st move in. Only $1000.

Showings available Wednesday thru Friday between 10am and 7pm, and Mondays 630p to 730p (but not 10/13).

Unfurnished bedroom, semi furnished common areas with space for your furniture if needed. Not everything in pictures of those spaces will be staying as some is mine.

Us: Two housemates, women in their late 20s early 30s

You: responsible, clean, have lived with roommates before

Your space: The bedroom itself is on the small side, but has a roomy closet with a light.

Shared spaces: You would share a bathroom with one other person, the other roommate has a private bathroom.

Large open living space with a gas fireplace in the living room, lots of windows and hardwood throughout. Ample storage space in common areas.
Dining room with walkout covered porch.

Gas stove, granite countertops and dishwasher. In-unit washer & dryer, storage available in the basement, and central heating and AC.

Front and back doors, there is also a driveway and back lot for parking, and it is very close to buses and a short bus ride or 2 miles walk/bike to Forest Hills.

15 to 40 min MBTA trip into the heart of the city depending on time of day and part you're heading to, about the same via car, heavily depending on traffic.

We have two cats.

Street parking on side St usually very easy to come by if you have a car.

Roslindale has a very cute downtown area, cute thrift stores, restaurants, Boston public library branch and walkable grocery stores etc. Very nice neighborhood with lots of local events free and cheap.
