Hey I'm Jordan and I have a few rooms for rent in the very heart of woodland hills. Its the house known for having over twenty fruit trees right in the front yard .. I started collecting fruit trees so chances are if you live here and like fresh fruit I have almost everything do you should enjoy ! Right off the 101 freeway at the shoup exit, . I like to keep my house clean and there will be a free maid service if the guest would like . There's also a washer and dryer for n the garage and internet will be avail. I buy sell and restore pool tables so hopefully you play ** it's def ok if you do not it's a laid back atmosphere with no drama abd that the way I like to keep things ( Neat and Easy, not a lot of rules except for please treaty house like it was your own and please be mindful of the neighbors who are also very laid back and cool ** there's literally malls in every direction. As well as every food plane you can think of ** and I'm right smack down in the middle of it all .rooms are very spacious, and can come furnished or not ,, looking forward to meeting with anyone this appeals to ,, thank in advance
