Beautiful townhouse in the Woodland Hills area. Full second level with one bedroom and a private full bathroom and a TV. 1-bedroom with a small closet and a shelf. large full kitchen, Large fully furnished living and dining room with fireplace, small yard, washer/dryer downstairs and one parking spot included. We would share the kitchen and living room.... and the grill outside that I use often Pool, jacuzzi and tennis court in the complex. I am trying to find the PERFECT person who would rent a great room with access to over 1460 sq ft of space .Perfect for someone doing great, but TIRED of apartment living. The bedroom has been painted and is super clean. NO pets, space for ONE person.

Share utilities 50%, Netflix, prime and Wi-Fi included. One year lease, and 30-day notice required to vacate.

Walking distance to Topanga Mall, Costco, AMC theater, LA fitness, post office and a beautiful village with few restaurants and areas to have a relaxing time.

The house is very clean and well maintained, and the neighborhood is great, quiet and private. I won't be bothering you and appreciate the same. HOWEVER, if you are messy, a slob, loud, and have lots of parties, please DO NOT respond.
