My name is Nikki I am a 30 year old nurse. I am super easy going and spend a lot of time at work and at my boyfriends house. I am looking for a mature, professional, adult to rent out the second bedroom in my recently purchased condo! The condo is newly renovated with brand new flooring and bathrooms! The condo has duel master bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as in unit laundry. Central AC and a fireplace. You will have your own covered parking space in a garage. The community is gated and protected by 24 hour security. There are multiple pools, parks, tennis and basketball courts as well as a gym, sauna and public Rec room for entertaining. This home is friendly LGBTQ friendly and dog friendly. This would be a 6 month minimum lease and month to month after the 6 months. Rent will be $1,500 water is included, all other bills will be split (usually under $100) the place is walking distance to Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s. Lots of food and shopping near by. I’m not a super neat freak but hoping my roomate will clean up after themselves in common areas. Available sept 1!
