Spare room for rent

I am currently looking for someone to rent my spare bedroom as my current roommate will be moving out at the end of May. It’s a small, quiet home in LA on El Segundo Blvd and Broadway. Walking distance from a park and less than a mile from the freeway. I’m a 34 yr old male unmarried no kids. I have 2 well behaved small dogs and a cat. Central air/heat. No kids or pets please. Parking is plentiful and driveway can be used if necessary but prefer you use the plentiful street parking to avoid driveway blockage. $1000 per month all utilities and internet included. 2 months minimum to start and we can write up something longer if there is a good fit.
