I am looking to rent out part of my house. I have a very big house that I am looking to rent out ASAP. I have 3 separate rooms in the house that each need to be rented. All rooms are private and have a separate entrance to the house. All rooms have a private bathroom. Room 1 is $1650, room 2 is $1750 and room 3 is $1650. There is a separate kitchen area for all tenants to share. There is a washer dryer on the premises that is accessible to all. Unfortunately, I do not allow pets on this property. The amenities are TV, Internet/WiFi, Kitchen w/stove top, dishwasher, Full size fridge, free parking on premises, Air conditioning/ heating, pool/ hot tub, security/alarm on premises, smoke/ carbon monoxide detector, first aide kit, quite environment. Be advised that pets live on this property. It is a really nice and quite neighborhood that is very upscale. Only serious renters wanted please. Utilities and furniture are included. I am looking for a professional roommate. I am looking for some people to bring more life into the big house. I would like people who are honest and trustworthy. I am excited to welcome new people into my home and make them feel welcomed.
