Room will be available to move in beginning May 1st. It?s a 3 bedroom 2 bath home in an established neighborhood in Whittier. Nice size yard and garage is turned into a ?man cave?... I have 3 kids ages 20, 13 and 10 that will be visiting me every other week. They?re awesome kids that will be in their room most of the time except for when the are hungry and when nature calls. I?m also Low key, keep to myself. Relax in my room 90% of the time, enjoy most outdoor activities. If this is something that works for you.
