More details: A little about my place, I'm located immediately near the 60 and 605 freeways, easy access! Conveniently located less than 2 miles (only 5 minutes away) from Rio Hondo College. Downtown Whittier and Whittier College are only about 5 miles (only 15 minutes away) from me.

I have a nice 3 bedroom townhouse that I'm very proud of! I am renting both rooms on the upper level, sharing a restroom. The larger, master bedroom size room is still available. It can comfortably fit a king sized bed and has wall to wall mirrored closets, might as well be a walk-in! The bathroom will be shared with another female, dining area and the kitchen which has stainless steel appliances that are only a year old. I have a 2 car garage that you can actually park 2 cars in! If you don't want to go looking for parking everyday and want to keep your car clean and safe, I'm willing to rent a space out. If you like hanging out outside, there is a small patio that I'm currently working on sprucing up, just installed a new fence a month ago. The house has central air/heating, and is also equipped with an alarm system and security camera. Utilities included in rent: electricity, water, trash, security and internet.

A little about me, I am a hardworking young woman with a career in the grocery industry that keeps me very busy! When I'm not working I'm usually home relaxing and catching my breath from the busy week. I enjoy binge watching tv shows and movies, who doesn't? I also like playing video games with friends and family. You'll quickly find that I'm a huge hockey nut, and I love watching my Anaheim Ducks play (I go to at least one game a year!). My girlfriend currently lives with me. I have a little fur baby named Rascal that I leave with my family during the week while I work so he's well taken care of. On my days off I have him here with me to keep me company. He's small and fluffy and loves to sleep, but because he's not the most social little guy no other pets are allowed.

My girlfriend and current roommate both work full time jobs. They are professionals between 30-40. Both are clean and quiet. We all are busy bees and barely bump into each other.

I live a pretty conservative lifestyle. I drink socially but don't smoke/vape, consume edibles, or do drugs. When it comes to noise, I am respectful of my neighbors and ask that anyone living with me do the same.
