Clean-as-I-go, quiet, friendly and respectful non-smoking professional seeks similar to share this quaint Uptown Whittier apartment in 10-unit gated complex. Lots of cool places to eat and shop within walking distance! As a professor, I spend a lot of time studying and grading in my room when home; the living room would be yours most of the time. I'd like to live with a busy employed professional like myself, and prefer someone in a service industry (e. g., teaching, nursing). We'll have to re-sign a lease. $800 includes EVERYTHING: renter's insurance, electric, gas, water, trash, wi-fi/cable. Smoking isn't allowed on premises, but my former roommate smoked occasionally out front. You'll have your own pantry, your own room (11' x 13'), closet, lots of storage space, full access to everything (including a 32" HD TV) except my room. Personally, I don't smoke or drink or drug or make noise except for the occasional laughter. I'm fit and like to cook, so I like a clear kitchen.
