Subletting single spot in triple room--433 Midvale

I am looking for a subletter to fill a single spot in a triple room (3 twin XL beds) in a two bedroom, FULLY furnished apartment in Westwood. The unit is on the first floor, has street parking available and garage parking as well (150$ a month for one spot, or 200$ a month for two tandem spots). I am a current student at UCLA and will be studying abroad for the fall quarter, so I am looking for someone to sublet my spot beginning September 14, to mid or late December. As me and my roommates are all female, we do prefer female subletters, unless our entire apartment is subletted by guys. There is a second room in our apartment that is available for subletting as well (a double room with 2 full size beds)- message me if you are interested. Currently there are no subletters yet, so if you are looking for more than one spot this apartment is perfect! It is about a 5 minute walk from the UCLA campus, 10 minutes from downtown Westwood, and is in a great area close to Beverly Hills, Century City, Culver City, Brentwood, etc. I don't have pictures of the exact apartment (only a video that I can send to you if you are interested), but the pictures below are very similar to the unit we are in, and the furniture looks exactly like this!
