Fully Furnished Studio Sublet (UCLA, Westwood)

Hi!

I am subletting my fully-furnished, private studio apartment while I am away this summer. The apartment is part of UCLA?s graduate housing complex in the heart of Westwood, with easy access to all of West LA.

Earliest move in: June 19 2019
Latest move out: September 19 2019

Monthly rent is $1581. Utilities (water, trash, gas, electricity, and high-speed internet access) are included in the rent. I require a security deposit of $1500.

The studio comes with: refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, toaster, microwave, central air-conditioning and heating, high-speed Internet access, extra long full size bed with 4 drawers underneath, mattress, nightstand, desk, desk chair, desk lamp, love seat, coffee table, 2 floor lamps, and bookcase with 2 shelves.

Laundry and study rooms are located in the courtyard. Courtyard tables and BBQ are available nearby. Vacuums can be borrowed from apartment resident assistants. Trash chutes and recycling bins are located near the elevator.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets or other animals are not allowed. Service and therapy animals may be accommodated.

I will not be providing: linens, towels, cookware, tableware, and TV/Monitor.

UCLA University Housing Administration requires that the subtenant must be 21 years of age or older when they move in. It further requires that the subtenant be a student. This requirement is satisfied simply by bringing an active student ID for any school, college, or university. You do NOT need to be taking classes over the summer. Lastly, you will also need to bring a government-issued ID to show at move in.
