You will be sharing the room with another very nice and fun UCLA student who is about to graduate.
The rent $717 does not include utilities, all together the amount is less than $750. You will need to apply to be officially on the lease.

- Bedroom: queen size bed (will need to pay one time rent of $150 to my roommate) and closet.
