Cool house, master bedroom, great location

This expansive, fully-loaded social house nestled in a cute, historic, central LA neighborhood (Carthay Circle). The centralized location gives quick and easy access to Beverly Hills, WeHo, Hollywood, Venice Beach, and Ktown while allowing for some quiet at the end of the day.

The house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath with an extra outdoor bungalow we use off-and-on for guests and our frequently-traveling friend/brother. It also boasts sizeable outdoor space, with a backyard, two edison-bulb-lit patios (front and back), a hot tub, grill, and gates for any pets wandering around on premise. (We have no pets currently, but are open to considering your furry friend for no additional cost!) The sizeable common spaces include the kitchen, dinning area, living room, front and back patios, yards and any additional outside space. Wow! So much room for activities!

The room itself is private and contains sizeable overall space, closest space, and an ensuite full bathroom with separate shower, tub, and duel sinks. A semi-private back patio offers great outdoor space to relax and take in some sun. It also offeres immediate access to the back yard.

This is currently occupied by a married couple who are sadly moving on to parenthood and the valley life :(
The room is plenty big and accomodating for 2!

***Please note, this will raise the room rent slightly due to use of common spaces by the additional tenant. Currently the couple pay ~$2,500 total but this is up for discussion.


Parking tags are not included, but can be purchased easily for short-term stays at a reasonable price for parking on street in this HOA-managed and family-friendly neighborhood.

About us:

We are employed and work hard throughout the week. Weeknights are relaxed and low-key, with occasional family-style meals, sports, friend hangs. Weekends are often full of on- or off-site social activities, comedy clubs, beach excursions, and spike-ball/ultimate in the park. Indeed we are a social and active group!

We are open to any and all creeds, races, orientations and genders -- and in fact would appreciate any face that could break up our demographic monotony :)
