I'm looking to rent an unfurnished master bedroom and ensuite bathroom in a spacious, light-filled townhouse in a great, centrally located neighborhood. The neighborhood is mostly comprised of young professionals and young families. The townhouse is within a 10-minute drive of Culver City, Beverly Hills, Century City, and the Miracle Mile/Beverly Grove area. It is within short walking distance of CVS and Vons and close to the 10 freeway.

Common areas include: furnished kitchen, dining room, and living room, as well as an in-unit washer/dryer. Also included is a shared patio with a small herb garden and a BBQ.

The townhouse includes hardwood floors throughout, updated modern appliances, plus central air and heat (Nest Thermostat). Rental comes with a dedicated personal underground parking spot (not tandem) and access to 5 guest spots which are shared among the building’s tenants. The building is secure with cameras both in the underground garage and the building. The unit is located at the back of the building with no street noise.

Females only please. No smoking or pets. Available June 15th for a 6-month lease and month-to-month thereafter (open to longer leases). All utilities (gas, electric, water, internet, cable) are $75 per month.

• Security deposit and first month’s rent
• Will need to sign off on a credit check

Ideal tenant would be in her mid-20’s-30s, clean, respectful, quiet and down-to-earth.
