Searching for a 3rd roommate!

Looking for a kind female in her upper 20’s-early 30’s to be our 3rd roommate in a 3 bedroom 2 bath spacious duplex (bottom level)! You’d have an unfurnished private room in the back of the house with an in window A/C unit & share a bathroom with my other roommate, Daniel. We have a washer and dryer in unit, which is an added bonus! The common areas include the kitchen, living room, dining room, & front patio. We like to keep all common areas tidy and clean. There is tons of natural light throughout the house especially in the bedroom that would be yours! Also, there is plenty of street parking. We live near La Cienega park in a quiet & safe neighborhood that is relatively close to shops & restaurants that you can easily walk to!

I have a super friendly & cuddly cat, so our new roommate must be okay with having a cat around the house. He is STRICTLY an indoor cat, so it’s important to keep doors/windows without screens shut so he doesn’t escape. We are both easy going & enjoy to have friends over, but we do not want random people in/out frequently. We are LGBTQ+
friendly & look for the same in a new roommate!

Deposit = $1265
Rent/mo = $1265 plus utilities which will be split 3 ways

A little about us, your potential new roommates:

Me- I’m 29 & moved to LA 3 years ago from Virginia. I went to school for teaching & currently work with children. I’m an extrovert who likes to be social & explore different parts of California in my free time!

Daniel: He’s 27 & a singer/songwriter. He enjoys writing music and jamming out! He is also an extrovert who enjoys going to shows and the beach.

We both strive to be very communicative & clear, kind, respectful, courteous, & pull our own weight in making sure the common areas stay tidy and clean. We are very respectful of each other’s time and space, but also enjoy cooking together and hanging out! We’d love for our future roommate to add good energy & kindness to our home. Also, we want you to feel at home as we do here & want to be more than just strangers living together :)

We’d love to find a roommate who shares the same qualities as we do, pulls their own weight around the house with cleaning, & is drama free!
