Apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of cafes, grocery stores and other shops, parks and good food. Also close to bars, gyms, liquor store, The Beverly Center, The Grove and Westfield Century City. Central location for L. A. just off Wilshire, close to 10 freeway exit. Laundry (quarter-operated) located in the building. Apartment has a balcony which we keep a barbecue on, especially for summer.

We're two 30-year old guys, both huge film nerds (one of us is a film/music interviewer and the other teaches and studies film at UCLA). We're both quite chilled and get on very well, not huge partiers and mostly keep to ourselves, but we enjoy hanging out together, whether it's watching movies or sports, grilling on the balcony, going to comedy or having a drink or smoke together. Currently both of us work from home, although when the pandemic is over only one of us usually does, and the other travels a lot.

Move-in date is June 1st.
