Spacious room in cute apartment (Fairfax area)

Hello!

My name is Rebecca and I’m looking for a new roommate for the master bedroom in my apartment starting in JUNE. Please read below and if you have any additional questions feel free to ask! If you’re seriously interested, we can plan a Videocall to “meet” and to virtually show the apartment. Only if we both feel like it’s a good fit will I be willing to show the apartment in person for covid-reasons! Hope you can understand!

THE BEDROOM: spacious, well lit, with a big closet. My roommate is planning on leaving the furniture behind, so if you don’thave any bedroom furniture this is the perfect place for you! If you’re not interested in the furniture we will sell it before you move in.

THE BATHROOM: I have a half bathroom in my bedroom so the large bathroom is yours! It includes a small shower and bathtub. I will only use it in the evening to shower or for the occasional bath on the weekend!

THE KITCHEN: modern with plenty of storage!

THE LIVING ROOM: cozy, well lit, great air flow and already furnished! Though if you have a dining table that goes well with the pre-existing decor, I’m happy to get rid of the one I already have.

NO A/C but we have ceiling fans in the bedroom and great airflow in the apartment with the windows and doors open! I

RENT for your bedroom is $1200 and utilities run between $50-70. The lease is currently in my name and we are MONTH TO MONTH, which is great!

PARKING: street parking is easily available!

LAUNDRY is available downstairs and is credit card operated, which is so convenient!

ABOUT ME: 28 year old female LOOKING FOR a responsible and easygoing FEMALE ROOMMATE—preferably ages 25-35. Sorry, no couples.
