Looking for someone to rent my one-bedroom apartment for 3-5 months, while I'm working remotely in Canada.
It's a bright, spacious apartment in an extremely ideal location: right off Fairfax, between Melrose and Beverly Blvd - a 4 min walk from the Beverly Grove, and seconds away from a huge variety of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops along Fairfax and Melrose. Located right in the heart of West Hollywood.
The apartment has high ceilings, arched doorways, and two very spacious closets. I've converted a third space into a desk/work nook area in the living room. The apartment comes fully furnished, including a bed, couch, TV, desks, tables, chairs. All small personal items will be taken out. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Street parking is easy - there are always plenty of open spots up and down the block.
Not pictured** - I've added a set of curtains to the living room, a small dining table, and chairs.
I work as a producers' assistant in TV development, and will be flying back to Canada for a few months to continue working remotely. The apartment is available mid-January, until anywhere between March-June. The dates are flexible and open to discussion.
Looking for someone clean, responsible, and considerate. Please let me know your interest - if you text me on my number, we can set up a time to do a FT tour!
