Female roommate needed: 1 bed/1 bath available

Seeking a long-term, clean and responsible (working) female roommate to take over 1 bed/1 bath in a 2 bedroom apt, located in West LA/close to Palms area. Available starting December 1st, or can be mid-Dec.

Bedroom will be unfurnished and also connects to an outdoor patio. Other roommate is laid back, respectful and clean (female), mostly quiet on weekdays and social on weekends. Also: likes being around a close group of people but not throwing raging parties, open and funny but also respectful of the common areas.

Keeping a tidy apartment with good energy is important (i. e. no shoes in the house or dishes sitting in the sink for a couple days). Ideally you are: clean, friendly, easy-going, solid human with good vibes.

** Must be ok with cats. Sorry, no other pets allowed
** Walking distance to downtown Culver City, Vons, Sprouts, CVS
** Washer/Dryer in the building
** Monthly rent: $1000 + utilities (~$60)
** Will require sec deposit $750 + credit and background checks
