Hello! I have 1 room available for rent ASAP. The unit is 3bed/3baths, and the current roommate that is still staying here is a late-20's female software engineer originally from China.

The rooms are all private rooms/baths. One is a master bedroom priced at $1565, and comes with a tandem parking spot shared with the female roommate. It has it's own balcony so it has plenty of light, as well as a walk in closet and ample space. Security deposit is $1515.

The kitchen and living room are massive and could fit a lot, i. e. dining table, couch, tv, rug, etc. Kitchen is equipped with new luxury appliances, (fridge, microwave, range/stove, dishwasher).

Looking for responsible tenants who are respectful, can be responsible for their rent portion and pay the rent on time, and are quiet who don't use the apartment to host giant parties every weekend (the property has specific quiet hours since there are also families living here).

Utilities are tenants' responsiblity and average about $50-60 a month, per person.
